Holiday home de Duinroos is an ideal base for a long or short holiday on the coast. It is very centrally located and all important things can be reached on foot. The beach and the dunes are only 50 meters from the house and the village center with its shops and cozy restaurants is about a 5-minute walk away. We only rent to tourists, not to foreign employees. We do not rent to brokers too.

Egmond aan Zee has traditionally been a fishing village. Lighthouse Memorial J.C.J. van Speijk, with his striking white appearance, keeps a watchful eye over the sea and the village. This cozy seaside resort borders the North Holland dune reserve and is especially popular with people who love the beach, dunes and small scale.

<p>Our summer house is named after the rose bush that you see everywhere. This plant is equally beautiful in all seasons. With brightly colored flowers and rose hips in beautiful colours. In short, a plant that really belongs to a seaside resort like Egmond aan Zee.</p>

There is also plenty to do in Egmond in the cultural-historical field. Such as the ruins and the Slotkapel in Egmond aan den Hoef and the Abbey in Egmond-Binnen. And don’t forget the bulb fields…
